Even though this image is based around a CD cover, i think its a really good layout to use for a magazine advertisement as the style fits our music genre. It has a vibrant pink stripy background which attracts the reader and in a way shows the artists personality. The image of the artist 'Amerie' is a close up shot of her standing sideways but then slightly turning her head to look at the camera, which involves the audience.
